When: at home
This is designed as a homework exercise that you ideally conduct at home.
When: at Home
This drill is best done at home, ideally over a sink…

The Drill:
This was intended as a very easy finger exercise but to be honest, could work for anyone!
- Step One: soak your flannel until dripping wet and place in the palm of your hand
- Step Two: curl your fingers around the flannel and turn your hand palm down
- Step Three: squeeze all the water out of the cloth
- Step Four: slowly release the tension to come back into the drag position
The Outcome: How do you know when it’s working?
Over time, you should find that your finger strength increases
