Credit for this drill goes to Steffan Jacob, from whom it was nicked
Purpose:
To encourage you to to improve endurance and resilience on lead
Where: wherever you like
This drill needs to be done on lead somewhere. You will want a wall angle that allows you to downclimb
When: during the Main
Climbs should be easy enough to allow thought process but not so easy as the drill feels contrived.

The Drill:
This one is going to be hard so be warned. It involves a lot more climbing than it first seems, as well as a very patient belayer
- Lead to first clip, downclimb to starting holds (do not step on to the ground!)
- Lead to second clip (first clip will obviously already be clipped) then downclimb to starting holds
- Continue to push your high clip until you clip the lower off
The Outcome: How do you know when it’s working?
Over time, you should find that your capacity to withstand lots of moves improves
