Travel Expenses Policy

It’s important that anyone booking a session with Prowess Coaching a) knows how much they’re paying and b) knows what they’re getting for their money. While booking sessions near my home in North Wales is relatively straightforward, working away becomes more complicated.

I love working in different walls, all over the country but sadly, I’m not in a position to do that for free; especially over larger distances. So I will need to charge something for the time it will take me to travel.

Therefore, in the interest of clarity, below is how a Travel Fee is calculated.

Please remember that if possible, travel expenses may be reduced or waived if details can be arranged (for example if I happen to be in the area at the time of your session). It is also possible to collate different sessions between several people in order to share costs among a greater number of clients.

All times and distances are calculated using Google Maps from my home to the venue in which coaching is booked and back again.

These prices are correct at time of publication. Prowess Coaching reserves the right to enforce or waive fees at our discretion.

All travel fees are in addition to session cost and wall entry fee, where applicable.

The Prowess Travel Expenses Policy refers ONLY to private coaching sessions and NOT to private courses. These are calculated with a pence-per-mile model instead.

• 26 – 50 miles: £5
• 51 – 75 miles: £10
• 76 – 100 miles: £15
• 101 – 125 miles: £20
• 126 – 150 miles: £25
• 151 – 175 miles: £30
• 176 – 200 miles: £35
• 201 – 225 miles: £40
• 226 – 250 miles: £45
• 251 – 275 miles: £50
• Etc.

For further distances, please extrapolate the pattern.

Please note that mileage is charged both TO and FROM the venue.
